Any Clause in the these terms does not affect the Consumer rights, The warranty doesn't apply to defects from wear and tear, damage, negligence, improper use, not following instructions, or unauthorized alterations.  If G Popcard doesn't meet these terms, we'll refund, replace, or repair as needed.  We won't be responsible for losses beyond foreseeable consequences of failing to meet these terms.  Neither of us will be responsible for certain losses, except for foreseeable damage to your physical property. 

 

RISK AND OWNERSHIP Risk of damage or loss of G Popcard passes to you upon delivery. Ownership remains with us until full payment is received.  If you don't pay in line with these terms, we may demand the return of G Popcard.

 

DELIVERY Arrange to accept G Popcard upon delivery. We'll provide an estimated ready date. If we anticipate a delay, we'll notify you and provide a new date. We're not liable for any loss due to delays.  If we fail to deliver G Popcard due to reasons not beyond our control or your fault, we'll limit our liability to the cost of replacement. Initial orders are delivered to the cardholder's registered address. Subsequent deliveries may go to alternative addresses at our discretion, or we'll refund payments if delivery fails.

 

PAYMENT TERMS Refer to our Payment Options for payment terms.  Failure to make payments by the due date gives us the right to: 

1. cancel the contract or suspend further services; 
2. charge reasonable interest on unpaid amounts at a rate of 3%. 

Dishonored payments by your bank or credit card provider may incur fees, which you must reimburse us for. Credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer.  We'll verify details against available records. If you're not satisfied with substitute options, you'll receive a full refund.  Prices include applicable taxes. Any packaging or delivery costs will be confirmed before your order is placed.
